We want you to be confident in your purchase, knowing that if anything goes wrong (within the terms of the warranty), we've got you covered.

What’s Covered?

At MUSE, we are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. If your Electric EFile or Dust Extractor Fan develops a fault within 1 year of your purchase due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Specifically, this guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical malfunctions
  • Mechanical failures

What’s Not Covered?

While our guarantee is comprehensive, it does not cover issues related to:

  • Accidental damage, including drops, spills, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear such as cosmetic damage or minor surface scratches
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling not in accordance with the provided instructions
  • Alterations or repairs made by unauthorised persons

How to Make a Claim

If you encounter any issues with your Electric EFile or Dust Extractor Fan within the guarantee period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@musefile.com with details of the issue. Be sure to provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number) and a description of the problem.
  2. Return the Product: If we determine that your product needs to be inspected or repaired, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us.
  3. Repair or Replacement: Once we have assessed the fault, we will either repair the product or provide a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

Important Notes:

  • This guarantee is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser only. It cannot be transferred to anyone else.
  • Any replacement items provided under this guarantee will also be covered for the remainder of the original guarantee period.

Warranty Limitations

The MUSE 1-Year Warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, which may vary depending on your location. MUSE shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
